Scootify Micromobility - Terms of Service

1. Access License

You can use our Services, but not for commercial or unauthorized purposes. Don't misuse the content, and respect copyrights.

2. Copyright and Ownership

Content on our Services is owned by Scootify or its licensors. Don't reproduce, distribute, or modify content without permission.

3. Trademarks/No Endorsement

Our trademarks are protected. You can't use them without permission.

4. Account Registration and Security

Be honest when registering. Keep your account details safe. Report any unauthorized use. We handle your data as per our Privacy Policy.

5. Payment Terms

Some Services require a Payment Method. Keep your Payment Method info accurate. We can charge fees to your Payment Method. You must report any disputed charges. Auto-Update may be available for account balance. We may use third-party payment processors.

6. Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

Disputes are resolved through arbitration. No class actions. Some intellectual property claims can go to court. You can opt out within 30 days.

7. Solicited Submission Policy

Submit content as requested. Scootify has rights to use User Submissions. User Submissions should be non-confidential.

8. Inappropriate User Submissions

Don't submit harmful or unlawful content. We can reject any User Submission violating rules.

9. Inappropriate Material

Don't post unlawful, offensive, or spam content. Don't interfere with proper Service operation.

10. Access and Interference

Don't use automation without permission. Don't overload our systems.

11. Right to Takedown Content

We can remove or edit content. We may act if needed.

12. User Published Content

User content doesn't represent Scootify's views. We're not responsible for the accuracy of user content. Using the Services comes with certain risks.

13. Third-Party Links

Our Services may link to external websites, but we don't control them. You use these links at your own risk, and we're not responsible for their content or any issues arising from them.

14. Transactional Partners

We may partner with other entities, and their terms apply when using their services within ours. In case of a conflict, our Terms of Service prevail in disputes related to Scootify or its services.

15. Suspension or Termination

We can suspend or terminate your access for any reason, including breaches, security issues, or potential financial/legal risks.

16. Representations and Warranties

You confirm you're over 16 and able to agree to these terms. You're responsible for your User Submissions and must have the right to provide them.

Services and information are provided as-is, without warranties. We don't guarantee accuracy or continuous access. Consult local laws regarding prohibitions.

18. Limitation of Liability

We're not liable for damages or viruses affecting your devices. In no event are we liable for certain types of damages beyond applicable law.

19. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from various liabilities, costs, and claims related to your use of our services.

You release us from any claims related to disputes with other users on our Services.

Egyptian law applies, and jurisdiction lies in Cairo, Egypt.
